Return policy

At Heaven Angels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

• Cancellations: Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
• Returns: Returns are not allowed. Exchanges are accepted only for ready-to-wear items. Made-to-order clothes are not eligible for return.
• Refunds: If eligible for a return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
