At Heaven Angels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

• Cancellations: Once an order is placed, cancellations are allowed via email or phone number. Please review your order carefully before confirming. if you still want to cancel your order message us your order id on our email with your cancelation reason you can also whatsapp message us at +917568045828
• Returns: Returns are only allowed on tshirts and non-custom products. Exchanges are accepted for ready-to-wear items. Made-to-order clothes are not eligible for return.
• Refunds: If eligible for a return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
